How do I schedule a pickup?

Scheduling a pickup is easy! Simply navigate to our 'Order' page, enter your package details, select your pickup location, and choose a convenient time slot. Our riders will be notified instantly.

What areas do you cover?

We currently cover the entire metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. You can check if your specific location is covered by entering your zip code on our Coverage page.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package in real-time using our 'Track' page. Just enter your unique tracking ID (e.g., PM-2024-XXXX) to see the live status and location of your delivery.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

Tracking updates occur at key milestones (Pickup, In Transit, Out for Delivery). If there's a delay, it might be due to traffic or processing. Please allow 15-30 minutes for status refreshes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, mobile money transfers, and cash on pickup/delivery for select locations. All online transactions are secured with end-to-end encryption.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Rates are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and the distance between pickup and delivery points. You can get an instant quote on our Order page before confirming.

Do I need an account to send a package?

No, you can send packages as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to save addresses, view order history, and access exclusive discounts.
